Why Join The Women's Baseline Bodyweight Program?


Here at Equibody we believe in holding ourselves to the same fitness standard we hold our horses to. This program takes a minimalist's approach to fitness, consisting of only three workouts per week, perfect for the life of a busy equestrian. The program gives you all the necessary tools to increase your muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility in a way that's beneficial to your riding. That is- your body does what it needs to do, and you can focus on your horse. We expect our horses to be athletes, we should be too.

If you join and complete this program, you'll be able to do 5-10 chin ups, 4-8 one legged squats, wall handstands, and 9 minutes of jump rope. All of this while increasing flexibility through various yoga poses, geared towards loosening and relaxing the body. If you can do these exercises, you'll have all the fitness you need. Here at Equibody we teach you how to progress to those top tier exercises.

What you'll need:


As this is a bodyweight course you'll only need three things!

  • A jump rope
  • Access to a Chin-up Bar
  • A 50 lb resistance band
